WATCH: Funnel cloud spotted near Forest Grove, Oregon

A funnel cloud was spotted swirling over Forest Grove, Oregon, United States on Oct. 29, as seen in this footage captured by Savannah Lindsay.

There were also reports of a weak tornado touching down in the Scio area, roughly 70 miles away.

A tornado warning was issued for the Scio area by the National Weather Service. JB
