Fire breaks out in Quiapo residential area

A fire broke out in a residential area in Quiapo, Manila on Monday, the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) reported.

Fire Officer III Ivee Placides confirmed to INQUIRER.net that the fire started along Concepcion Aguila St. at 12:47 p.m.


It was immediately raised to second alarm at 12:53 p.m.

Firefighters are still on site to put out the blaze, the BFP said.


The BFP is yet to investigate the cause of the fire. /je
