P54.4M worth of ‘shabu’ seized in Caloocan City

Around P54.4 million worth of suspected “shabu” was seized by the police in Caloocan City Monday.

Initial report from the National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) said the illegal drugs were confiscated from three suspects behind the Victory Liner Terminal Compound in Monumento, Caloocan City at around 10:30 a.m.

The said “shabu” is estimated to weigh around eight kilograms, the NCRPO said.

Philippine National Police Chief Director General Oscar Albayalde and NCRPO chief Police Director General Guillermo Eleazar rushed to the area to inspect the confiscated evidence.
