For tourists planning to visit South Korea, be sure to pack jackets, scarf, and cap with you then bundle up because winter in that country came earlier than expected this year.

The Korea Tourism Organization (KTO) posted on Facebook a video showing trees and lodges being covered by snow in the Seoraksan National Park.

Complete with emojis of smiling face and snowflakes, the KTO wrote: “First snow in October?! Snow in Seoraksan National Park came 16 days earlier than last year!”

It then advised visitors: “With temperature colder compare to last year, be sure to (bring) warm cloth when planning your trip to Korea!”   /kga
