Cebu Pacific has reminded its passengers bound for Boracay via Caticlan or Kalibo, Aklan to make sure they book with Boracay hotels or establishments compliant with the requirements of the government.

This as visitors of the island resort will now be asked to show proof of confirmed hotel and bookings before entering Boracay; and if they booked with a non-compliant hotel or establishment, chances are they will not be allowed to set foot and enjoy in the renowned tourist destination.

In an advisory on Thursday, Cebu Pacific “strongly advise” Boracay-bound guests to “check if their chosen hotel or resort has been certified compliant and permitted to operate” to avoid any possible inconvenience.
