The Visayas and Mindanao, along with Palawan and the Bicol Region, will experience scattered rain and thunderstorms on Tuesday due to the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ), the weather bureau said.

The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa), warned residents of affected areas against possible flash floods and landslides.

Meanwhile, the rest of Luzon including Metro Manila may experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers brought by localized thunderstorms.

According to Weather Specialist Aldczar Aurelio, Pagasa has not monitored any weather disturbances inside or outside of the Philippine area of responsibility. /cbb
