Antipolo shooting: 3 suspects die

Three suspects were killed as they shot it out with Antipolo policemen, who tried to serve a warrant of arrest against one of them on Monday morning.

Police said they were serving the arrest order against JR Dispojo alias “Tisoy” in a house at Barangay Cupang when he and two other individuals, identified as Darry Alvarado alias “Batik” and an alias “Vincent,” fired at the police officers.

Dispojo is facing charges for drugs, as well as different incidents of robbery-holdup and carnapping in Antipolo and other areas in Rizal.

Police recovered a car and three other motorcycles from the scene as well as firearms and sachets of shabu. /kga
