Camarines Sur Gov. Migz Villafuerte filed his certificate of candidacy (COC) on Monday and is seeking reelection for the gubernatorial post in the upcoming 2019 midterm polls.
His father LRay Villafuerte and grandfather Luis Villafuerte also filed their COCs and will run as congressmen for the second and third district of Camarines Sur, respectively.
Singer Imelda Papin will be Migz Villafuerte’s running mate and will run again as Camarines Sur vice governor, a post she held from 1998 to 2004. /cbb
