Lapid arrives at Comelec to file COC

Former Senator Lito Lapid arrived Monday at the Commission on Elections (Comelec) to file his certificate of candidacy (COC) for next year’s elections.

Lapid, who is eyeing a comeback in the Senate, was accompanied by his son, Mark, when he filed his COC at the poll body’s main office in Intramuros, Manila.
