Police arrested a group of men who blocked the road outside the United States Supreme Court on Oct. 5.

The men were protesting the nomination of Brett Kavanaugh to the court. The U.S. Senate has voted 50-48 in favor of his confirmation as Supreme Court justice.

Kavanaugh has been accused by university professor Christine Blasey Ford of attempted rape.
