The easterlies will affect the eastern section of Luzon and the Visayas, the weather bureau said on Sunday.
The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said in its 4 a.m. weather forecast that the country would have a generally fair weather condition due to the easterlies, or winds from the Pacific Ocean.
Pagasa said Metro Manila and the rest of the country would have a partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms caused by localized thunderstorms. /cbb
