Imee Marcos ‘getting tired’ of commotion over Trillanes arrest

Ilocos Norte Gov. Imee Marcos is getting a “little tired” of the commotion surrounding the arrest order against Senator Antonio Trillanes IV.

“It’s legal, it’s legal. I’m a little tired of it,” Marcos said in an interview with CNN Philippines on Thursday when asked if she thinks the arrest order was right or wrong.

“I think we should focus on really important issues like inflation,” she said.

Earlier in the week, the Makati Regional Trial Court Branch 150 ordered the arrest of the senator in connection with the 2007 Manila Peninsula siege.
