ICTZ continues to affect Bicol, Visayas and Mindanao
The Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) will continue to affect the Bicol Region, the Visayas and Mindanao, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said.
In its afternoon weather forecast on Tuesday, Pagasa said those areas would have cloudy skies with scattered rain and thunderstorms due to the ITCZ.
Pagasa cautioned people in those areas of flooding and landslides.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country, meanwhile, will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to localized thunderstorms.
Pagasa also continued to monitor Tropical Storm “Trami,” which was still outside the Philippine area of responsibility as of this writing.
As of 3:00 p.m., Trami was spotted at 1,845 kilometers east of Central Luzon.
