Cebuana Lhuillier, Freego look to stay on top

CEBUANA Lhuillier and Frego Jeans attempt to stay on top when they battle separate opponents on today in the PBA-D League Aspirant’s Cup at the Adamson University gym.

Inspired by Monday’s 81-65 victory against Big Chill, the Gems will be aiming for their third straight win in their 2 p.m. encounter against winless PC Gilmore.

In contrast, Freego Jeans tries to get back on the winning track when it takes on Big Chill at 4 p.m.

The Jeans Makers’ five-game winning streak was halted last week following their unexpected 62-78 loss to erstwhile winless DUB Unlimited. /Correspondent Jonas Panerio
