The Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA) has monitored flooding in several areas in Manila and Quezon City.
As of 12:40 p.m., the following are the flooded areas:
Araneta Ave Victory (half tire – not passable to light vehicles)
E. Rodriguez Araneta North and South bound (half tire not passable to light vehicles)
Rizal Avenue, R. Papa (half tire not passable to light vehicles)
Biak na Bato, Quezon Avenue West bound (gutter deep)
