3 dead in Bulacan anti-drug operations

CAMP GEN. ALEJO SANTOS, Bulacan – Three drug suspects were killed during simultaneous police operations in different Bulacan towns on Wednesday, according to Senior Supt. Chito Bersaluna, Bulacan police director.

Christian Santiago alias “Tiano” and Ronald Sanguyo were killed in a clash with undercover policemen during an 11 p.m. drug bust at his home in Barangay Gumaok East in the City of San Jose Del Monte.


In Baliwag town at 11:10 p.m., Ronald Sanguyo was killed by undercover policemen during another anti-drug operation in Barangay Tiaong.

Earlier in Pulilan town, policemen shot dead a suspect identified only as Gocu at 12:10 a.m. in Barangay Lumbac.


In Barangay Lambakin, Marilao town, the police arrested Mark Araneta, who was allegedly operating a drug den, along with seven customers caught taking shabu (crystal meth) about 4:30 p.m.

Seized from them were nine sachets containing 10 grams of shabu worth P68, 000. CARMELA REYES-ESTROPE
