How to settle traffic violations

05:08 AM August 31, 2018

Within one week after the ticket was issued, the driver should proceed to the nearest Metrobank, Bayad Center or SM Bills Payment Centers, fill out the payment form based on the violation ticket details, and keep a copy of the receipt for future reference.

Pedestrians can also go to these outlets to settle payments for violations like littering and jaywalking. The same applies to motorists caught under the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority’s no-contact apprehension policy.

Those who fail to pay the fines may not be able to renew their driver’s license or vehicle registration at the Land Transportation Office.
