Pangasinan lineman electrocuted while transferring meter

DAGUPAN CITY – A lineman of the Pangasinan Electric Cooperative 1 died from electrocution on Tuesday (Aug. 21) while transferring the electric meter of a client at Bolinao town in Pangasinan province.

Richard Potencio fell from an electric post when a piece of wire he was holding suddenly jolted him.

He was brought to the Rillera Hospital but was pronounced dead on arrival. Yolanda Sotelo/lb
