The suspects were arrested after a buy-bust operation was conducted by the police along Jose Abad Santos Avenue corner Tayuman Street at around 4:45 a.m.

Authorities confiscated five small sachets containing suspected shabu estimated to weigh 1.5 grams each, eight medium sachets of 4.5 grams each, nine large sachets of 50 grams each, and P2,000 used as buy-bust money.

The confiscated pieces of evidence, estimated to weigh a total of 450 grams were taken to the laboratory of the Philippine National Police in Camp Crame for investigation.

The suspects are temporarily detained at the Police Station 7 of the MPD as drug charges are being prepared for filing. /jpv
