4 drug suspects yield P2-M worth of shabu in Tondo
Almost P2-million worth of suspected shabu or crystal meth were confiscated by officers of the Manila Police District (MPD) from four alleged drug traffickers in Tondo Friday afternoon.
The MPD on Saturday said P1.96-million worth of drugs were seized from suspects identified as Paco Morsid, Abdulla Samir, Datukaka Ton Ton, and Pasawilan Ebrahim.

The suspects were arrested after a buy-bust operation was conducted by the police along Jose Abad Santos Avenue corner Tayuman Street at around 4:45 a.m.
Authorities confiscated five small sachets containing suspected shabu estimated to weigh 1.5 grams each, eight medium sachets of 4.5 grams each, nine large sachets of 50 grams each, and P2,000 used as buy-bust money.
The confiscated pieces of evidence, estimated to weigh a total of 450 grams were taken to the laboratory of the Philippine National Police in Camp Crame for investigation.
The suspects are temporarily detained at the Police Station 7 of the MPD as drug charges are being prepared for filing. /jpv
