Victory Liner reschedules trips due to EDSA rush-hour bus ban
Victory Liner in Pasay announced on Wednesday that it would adjust its trips following the implementation of provincial bus ban during rush hours along Edsa.
The bus company said that, starting Wednesday, it would not make trips from 5:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. during weekdays.
“This is in compliance with the order of the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) banning the entry of provincial buses in between Edsa Pasay to Cubao from 7:00 am to 10:00 am, 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., Mondays to Fridays,” Victory Liner said in an advisory.
It also said that it would also adjust its trip schedules bound for Pasay from Northern Luzon “to ensure that no Victory Liner bus will be on EDSA” during the said time frame.
“We advise our loyal daily Victory Liner customers from Northern Luzon to take our Cubao, Caloocan our Sampaloc route buses instead. From our Cubao bus terminal, commuters will have to ride other buses going to Makati City,” the company said.
The company apologized to its passengers for any inconvenience that the rescheduling might cause.
