About 40 areas remained flooded on Sunday due to the heavy rains overnight, local authorities monitored.
In a report by the Manila Police District (MPD), it said that 31 areas around Manila remained flooded.
Data from the MPD showed that the following areas are not passable to vehicles as of 9 a.m.:
- España / Antipolo to Maceda
- Rizal Ave / R. Papa
- Roxas Boulevard / V. Mapa, P. Sanchez / Bagongbayan, Ramon Magsaysay / Pureza, Anonas / Road 3
- Muelle dela Industria
Meanwhile, the following areas were reported to be flooded but were passable to vehicles:
- Huertas / Batangas to Antipolo, Rizal Ave / Aurora, Bambang / Oroqueta, Fugoso / Mayhaligue, D. Jose / Oroqueta
- Roxas Boulevard / Altura
- Gil / Taft Ave, Baseco / Gasangan, National Press Club Intramuros
- Quirino / P Gil, Francisco / Arellano, New Panaderos / City Limit, Pasigline, Onyx, Zobel, Crisolita
- Abad Santos / Tayuman, Abad Santos / Antipolo, Bagac / Limay, Abad Santos / Yuseco
- Del Pilar / Torres
- Gil / Carreon, Quirino / Sea Oil, Carreon / Laura
In a separate report, the Pasig City Police said that the following areas remained flooded knee-deep as of 8 a.m.
- Doroteo St. Brgy. Santolan
- Concepcion dulo Brgy. Santolan
- de leon dulo Brgy Santolan
- Gabriel 2nd St. Brgy Santolan
- Sto tomas Brgy santolan
- Victorino and Rafael St. Brgy Santolan
- Washington St. Cor Soliven Manggahan
- Kalusugan St. Brgy Dela Paz
- West bank, Rosario
- Daba St., Rosario
