Bad weather cancels domestic, international flights – Miaa

Several local and international flights were canceled on Wednesday due to bad weather, the Manila International Airport Authority (Miaa) said.

In an advisory, Miaa said that the following airlines declared the cancelation of flights as of 3:00 p.m.

The Philippine Airlines said Flight PR423 (Haneda-Manila) on Thursday, August 9, was also canceled.

The flag carrier said it was setting up the following replacement flights on Thursday for the affected passengers:

– PR5432 (Manila-Narita): Departing at 6:30 a.m., arriving at 12 p.m.
– PR5436 (Cebu-Narita): Departing at 6:15 a.m., arriving at 12 p.m.
– PR5424 (Manila-Haneda): Departing at 9 a.m., arriving at 2:15 p.m.
– PR5423 (Haneda-Manila): Departing at 3:15 a.m., arriving at 6:50 p.m.

Two other flights from Narita will also be delayed, PAL said.

– PR431 (Narita-Manila): Departing at 1 p.m., arriving at 5 p.m.
– PR435 (Narita-Cebu): Departing at 1 p.m., arriving at 5 p.m.
