A 45-year old man was shot dead in Barangay Poblacion, Muntinlupa City on Tuesday, police said.
Police said Fermin Borela was shot dead by suspect Florentino Chicano, 60, at around 6:30 a.m.
Borela was rushed to the hospital but was declared dead on arrival. Police meanwhile has launched a hunt for Chicano.
