For second straight day, a jail visitor was arrested for carrying suspected packs of shabu while about to visit a relative at the Lapu-Lapu City Jail.

Police said two packs with crystalline substance believed to be shabu were recovered from Rizalina Cadungog, 36, a resident of barangay Pusok, Lapu-Lapu City.

Police said Cadungog went to the facility yesterday afternoon to visit her younger brother Kennedy Booc, who was jailed since 2004 on drug charges.
