President Rodrigo Duterte delivered a 48-minute expletive-free speech during his third State of the Nation Address.
The President drew 34 applauses from the audience as he detailed the accomplishment of his administration and laid out his plans for his remaining term.
Known for his long impromptu speeches, Duterte stuck to his prepared speech except for a few adlibs.
Duterte’s first SONA in 2016 lasted for one hour and 32 minutes while his second Sona lasted for two hours.
