Pagasa warns of rain, gusty winds as ‘Henry’ exits PAR
State weather bureau on Monday warned of rains with gusty winds as Tropical Depression “Henry” is expected to exit the Philippine Area of Responsibility Tuesday morning.

In its 5:00 p.m. severe weather bulletin, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said Henry is expected to traverse Babuyan Island Monday night as it exits PAR.
However, Signal No. 1 remains hoisted over Batanes, the northern portion of Cagayan including Babuyan Group of Islands, northern portion of Apayao and northern portion of Ilocos Norte.
Pagasa also said that Southeast Monsoon (Habagat) will continue to bring rain over Metro Manila, Zambales, Bataan, Cavite, Batangas, Mindoro Provinces, Palawan, and Western Visayas.
