Chief Supt. Marcelo Morales, director of the Police Regional Office 12, said Crispio Liquit resisted arrest by firing at lawmen using his .357 Mgnum pistol in Barangay Dadiangas South.
The police seized the pistol and eight sachets of suspected shabu, or crystal meth, from Liquit, who was arrested based on a search warrant issued by a local court.
In a separate operation, police arrested Figuracion Dayupay “alias Boyet” in his house at Purok Tinago, Barangay Dadiangas South, General Santos City for possession of illegal drugs.
