A trailer truck caused heavy in Valenzuela City on Monday morning after hitting a concrete road barrier.

In an advisory, the city government of Valenzuela said the accident happened along McArthur Highway, in Malabon at around 8 a.m.

Heavy traffic was reported along the southbound section of McArthur Highway as well as Tullahan, C.J Santos, Gov I Santiago, and Balubaran areas.

However, as of 11:00 a.m., the local government of Valenzuela said traffic in the affected areas was already “moderate.”  /vvp
