SAMAL, BATAAN – Police and Army soldiers arrested an alleged high-ranking community rebel at his home here on Wednesday afternoon (June 13).
Juanito Carabeo, 62, aka “Ka Toktok,” supposedly the assistant secretary of the regional medical staff of the New People’s Army, did not resist arrest when the police served him an arrest warrant at 4:30 p.m. in Sitio (subvillage) Sun Shine, Barangay (village) San Juan.
The warrant issued by Judge Manuel Tan of the Bataan Regional Trial Court Branch 2 was in connection with charges of murder, arson, and rebellion filed against Carabeo.
