LEGAZPI CITY — At least 825 passengers had been stranded in Bicol ports since Friday evening due to Tropical Depression Aghon, according to the Office of Civil Defense (OCD) in Bicol.

The OCD collected reports from the Philippine Coast Guard when sea travel from the Bicol mainland to the island provinces of Catanduanes and Masbate, and the Visayas were suspended.
