MANILA, Philippines — Fair weather, overcast skies, possible rain and thunderstorms due to the effects of the easterlies and the inter tropical convergence zone (ITCZ) are expected in different parts of the country on Tuesday,  the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said Monday afternoon.

(Expect overcast skies and a high chance of rain in the Bicol region, including Catanduanes and Sorsogon. This is due to easterlies.)
