Pangasinan publisher wounded in attack in Sta. Barbara town

A local newspaper publisher, who is one of the accused in the 2012 murder of a Pangasinan mayor, was shot and wounded by one of three men on a motorcycle in Sta. Barbara, Pangasinan, on Tuesday morning, police said.
