3,000 Bulacan families to be relocated to higher ground
As part of its risk reduction program, the provincial government has decided to permanently relocate 3,000 families living along the banks of Angat River and who suffer from seasonal floods.
As part of its risk reduction program, the provincial government has decided to permanently relocate 3,000 families living along the banks of Angat River and who suffer from seasonal floods.
The Bulacan government is installing closed circuit television (CCTV) cameras along the Angat River spanning Norzagaray, Bustos and Baliuag towns to closely monitor the level of water along the waterway, especially when excess water is released from the Angat and Ipo dams.
