Actress Rosa Mia dead at 81

ACTRESS Rosa Mia has died, GMA Network television reported. She was 81 yeas old.

Rosa Mia, whose real name is Rosita Quinto Stecza, died peacefully in her sleep Tuesday, the station quoted her son Ronnie as saying.

Rosa Mia was a popular actress in the 1950s and was known as the "Queen of Tearjerkers," the station said on its Friday morning newscast.
