Police file complaint vs Baron Geisler

MANILA, Philippines – The Philippine National Police Wednesday filed a complaint for acts of lasciviousness at the Department of Justice against actor Baron Frederick Von Geisler.

Earlier, the 21-year-old daughter of show business couple William Martinez and Yayo Aguila, Patrizha Maree, accused Geisler of touching her breast and asking her to have sex with him.

In her sworn police statement which was attached to the complaint filed at the DOJ, Patrizha said the incident took place inside a bar in Makati City on April 26.

In an earlier interview on television, the young girl said she was with her friends inside the establishment when she decided to send a text message to Geisler, asking him to join her at the bar.

Patrizha said in her statement that she was helping Geisler count his change when he placed his arm around her and then hugged her.

Uncomfortable

She added that she was uncomfortable with this so she tried to move away, but he refused to loosen his hold on her.

The actor then asked her if she had a boyfriend, Patrizha told the police. When she told him that she had one, he stared at her and asked her to have sex with him.

She said that she was taken by surprise by Geisler’s action because she had looked up to him as an older brother.

Geisler and Aguila used to be “housemates” in the reality show, “Pinoy Big Brother” which aired on ABS-CBN.

At this point, Patrizha said that Geisler, who, by then, knew that he had offended her, apologized and asked her for a hug.

He then embraced her even though she said she had placed her head against his chest to prevent him from moving too close to her.

Moving away

She said she was moving away from Geisler when he cupped her face with his hands and then touched her breast.

After the incident, Patrizha said she signaled to her friends that she wanted to leave the bar. Geisler, however, saw the gesture and asked her not be angry with him.

“Do not be annoyed,” she quoted him as telling her.

At this point, she said she got mad and shouted at the actor. Geisler left shortly after.

Patrizha added that she narrated the incident to Geisler’s brother, Donald, who assured her that he would try to talk to his brother.

Geisler, in an interview over radio station dzMM, had denied the girl’s accusations, although he said that he was willing to talk to her parents to thresh out the matter.
