This official is also reportedly a womanizer.
One of the girlfriends – w who flirts with her male badminton playmates – is rumored to have several police bodyguards.
This Cabinet official used to invite VIP guests to his yacht where they reportedly hold orgies with prostitutes.
One of the ladies of the night, who was invited to these orgies, told me that when this official paid her, he just picked up bundles of P500 bills from a bag and handed them to her without counting.
Another woman, a nightclub hostess (now called GRO) who was a partner of this official many years ago, told me he gave her “Ecstasy,” a dangerous drug.
