CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY, Philippines—Three rifle grenades were seized on an Iligan City-bound bus which was intercepted by police Tuesday afternoon following a tip.
Superintendent Emmanuel Jaraula, Iligan City chief of police, said an unidentified man called the police about the grenades inside the bus.
Police intercepted the bus along the highway in Gitagum town in Misamis Oriental at around 5:30 p.m., or more than an hour after it left the terminal here.
