MANILA, Philippines? The testimony of retired Lieutenant Colonel George Rabusa ?acquires a certain degree of credibility,? former Muntinlupa City congressman Ruffy Biazon said in a Radyo Inquirer interview Friday.

Biazon said that Rabusa?s statement was credible because he admitted that he was part of an ?immoral and illegal act.?

Rabusa on Thursday made a surprise appearance at the Senate and disclosed how he and his ex-bosses allegedly amassed wealth, with a large portion of the loot taken from soldiers? salaries.

For the complete interview, listen to Radyo Inquirer, DZIQ 990 AM. Don Lejano
