LUBAO, Pampanga, Philippines—Amid reports that President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo is backing Senator Manuel Villar, the executive committee of the administration party Lakas-Kampi-Christian Muslim Democrats will come out with a manifesto reassuring standard-bearer Gilbert Teodoro of the party’s support.

This was according to Deputy House Speaker Amelita Villarosa. She said the manifesto will be released after the party’s executive committee meeting Tuesday.
