MANILA, Philippines ? A fugitive French couple will be deported on Tuesday, following their arrest in Cebu province, Immigration Commissioner Marcelino Libanan said.
The Bureau of Immigration-International Police unit (BI-Interpol) arrested Jerome Gilles Maclos and his common law wife, Julie Barazutti, in Mandaue City last week for taking illegal custody over Maclos? son, Mathieu Duvivier Maclos, Libanan said.
A French court has stripped Maclos of custody over his son, born from his first wife, Libanan said.
