“Earlier today Cebu Pacific experienced delays due to a temporary slowdown in the production of its flight plans. Early morning flights were delayed by approximately 45 minutes as a consequence and this will also cause a domino effect for flights throughout the day,” Cebu Pacific said.

“We are currently putting measures in place to make up time and thus minimize delays to our schedule. Our airport personnel are on-hand to assist affected passengers,” it added.

The airline company then appealed to its affected passengers for patience and understanding amid the inconvenience that the system glitch has caused.                   /kga
