Gaoiran said the child appeared to have been smothered with a pillow.

She said they were looking into the possible liability of the administration of the subdivision.

“Titingnan natin kung anong maaaring liability, kasi tong subdivision ay mayroon namang security,” Gaoiran said.

She said that they would look at closed-circuit television footage since there was no indication of forced entry.

The victims’ red Toyota Wigo, which was believed used by the suspect or suspects in their escape, was found abandoned in Barangay Alapan, Imus, Cavite. /cbb
