The rumored partner of Las Vegas shooter Steve Paddock recently arrived in the country, a Bureau of Immigration (BI) official said on Tuesday.

Marilou Danley, a Filipina, was considered a “person of interest” but was immediately cleared by authorities after confirming that she was not in the United States when the incident happened.

Another source showed that Danley arrived in the Philippines on September 25, 2017 from HongKong.

The BI official assured the cooperation of the agency should international counterparts seek their assistance on the matter.
