5 nabbed in Cabanatuan City for shabu use, theft
CABANATUAN CITY, Philippines — Five people were arrested in a raid on Saturday afternoon (Aug. 6) after police caught four of the suspects using shabu (metamphetamine hydrochloride).
The police were serving a search warrant at the home of Bryan Brigole, 40, and discovered suspected shabu, an explosive device, several guns and four stolen motorcycles in DS Garcia village, said Supt. Ponciano Zafra, city police chief.
