PPCRV: Election failure in Sulu village due to political threats

The Parish Pastoral Council for Responsible of Voting (PPCRV) on Monday evening said failure of elections was declared in Barangay (village) Tiptipun, in Panglima Estino town in Sulu.

Mindanao regional coordinator for PPCRV Father Dace Protalia reported to the National Command Center in Manila that a failure of elections was declared due to political threats.
