AFP: 2 men kidnapped in Zamboanga del Sur
Two men were abducted by eight heavily-armed men in Zamboanga del Sur on Wednesday, the military said.
Antonio Tan, 70 years old, and his grandson Rayray Tan, about 20, were kidnapped at Barangay (village) Maruing in Lapuyan town at about 5:30 p.m., said Western Mindanao Command spokesperson Maj. Filemon Tan.
The two were brought onboard two motor pump boats and headed toward the direction of Malangas town.

Pursuit operations are being conducted by the 53rd Infantry Battalion and the 6th Special Forces Battalion, Tan said. CDG
