Nov. 18, 19 declared non-working holidays due to Apec meeting

MALACAÑANG has declared November 18 and 19, 2015 as non-working holidays in the National Capital Region due to the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (Apec) Economic Leaders’ Meeting, which is being hosted by the Philippines this year.

Executive Secretary Paquito Ochoa made the declaration by authority of President Benigno Aquino III in proclamation No. 1072, which was made public on Tuesday.

The Apec Economic Leader’s Meeting will be attended by 21 world leaders, the Palace said. Yuji Gonzales
