Cebu Pacific cancels flights due to Tacloban airport runway rehabilitation

The Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) has announced that the shortened operations due to runway rehabilitation at Tacloban airport will be extended until 9 p.m. of April 30.

In line with the CAAP advisory, Cebu Pacific (CEB) on Tuesday announced that the following flights from April 14-30 would be cancelled: 5J 651/652 (Manila-Tacloban-Manila); 5J 653/654 (Manila-Tacloban-Manila), and 5J 659/660 (Manila-Tacloban-Manila).

The airline company said passengers of the cancelled flights may avail of the following options without additional charges: Rebook their flights for travel within 30 days from original departure date or opt for full refund or travel fund.

ADB Ave., Quezon City; Robinsons Place Imus, Level 4, Aguinaldo Highway, Imus, Cavite; Robinsons Place Manila, Level 1, Adriatico Wing, Pedro Gil cor. Adriatico St., Ermita, Manila; Cebu airport ticket office, Mactan International Airport, Lapu-Lapu, Cebu City, or Robinsons Fuente, Fuente Osmeña, Cebu City.
