Metro Manila: preschool
Rizal: preschool
Valenzuela City: preschool and day care
Malabon: preschool
Pulilan, Bulacan all levels
Aurora: all levels
Bataan: preschool
Cavite: preschool
Batangas: preschool
Abra: preschool
Kalinga: preschool
Benguet: elementary and high school
Quirino: elementary and high school
Nueva Ecija: elementary and high school
Nueva Vizcaya: elementary and high school
Ifugao: elementary and high school
Isabela: elementary and high school
Pampanga: elementary and high school
Northern Quezon: elementary and highschool
Zambales: elementary and high school
Pangasinan: elementary and high school
Tarlac: elementary and high school
Storm signals were raised in some Luzon areas, including Metro Manila due to typhoon Santi (international name Nari).
