Lutgarda Abat Bulatao, a long-serving nurse, passed away on Friday at the age of 91. An elder sister of Ambassador Fortunato U. Abat and native of San Juan, La Union province, she lies in state at Evergreen Chapels on C. Raymundo Avenue, Pasig City. Final necrological rites and interment will be announced.
